What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 pm until 8 pm and check-out should be before 11 am. Let us know if you plan to arrive at a different time.
Check-in later than 8 pm will incur a charge of €30

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat.
 

Is there a deposit required when booking?

Yes, each booking requires a deposit of 30%. In general, unless otherwise specified at time of booking, for cancellations received within 21 days of the arrival date the deposit will be promptly returned by bank transfer.

What are the cancellation terms?

Offers and special rates may have different cancellation terms, therefore we ask you to check these when booking.

Once the booking has been confirmed, you have the right to receive (at a charge) different amounts according to the cost of the trip. This fee depends on the difference between date of cancellation and anticipated arrival/start of stay: 30% (21-15 days), 75% (15-8 days), 100% (7-0 days).

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is needed and the amount will depend on which house you are booking. It should be returned at the end of the holiday presuming there are no damages.

Is there car parking?

Yes, there is a free reserved car park in the garden.

Is there an internet connection?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in all the houses.

Can I bring my dog or cat?

We welcome small-sized cats and dogs, at a cost of €5 extra per day.

Is there a fee for final cleaning?

Yes, there is a fee of €150 per house.
